Ballet News Thursday, October 18 2018
FALL THEME: Our theme for the year is “Lessons from Coppelia.” In October, we are focusing on FRIENDSHIP with “A friend loves at all times” (Proverbs 17:17). In November, we will focus on not conforming to the pattern of the world, but being transformed by the renewing of our minds by the Spirit (Romans 12:2). CLASSES ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31: All classes at regular times EXCEPT: SICK POLICY: Although we place a high value on attendance, if your child is sick (has a fever or an obvious runny nose and/or cough) please keep them out of class until they are better – 24 hours fever-free & not contagious. Please notify ballet@perimeter.org of your child’s absence. RECITAL FEES DUE: Recital/Costume fees are due by December 1. A late fee of $10 will be applied if payment is not received by December 10. You may pay via check to Perimeter Ballet and drop off in the ballet office slot, via credit card authorization if you turned in a form to the office, or via online – just go to our homepage and click “Make a Payment” at the top right of the page (link will be active on November 1). Fees are as follows: TUITION DUE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER: Tuition is due the first week of December even though classes end on December 6! Please do not combine with recital fees. REMINDER: When waiting in hallways and area outside ballet office during classes, please keep noise down to a reasonable level, no running, and keep an eye on younger children especially before 5:00PM since church employees are still working. Please keep all areas neat and tidy as well! Thank you! CALENDAR NOTES: When in doubt if we are having classes, check out the calendar on our website – www.perimeterballet.com/calendar.
