TECH REHEARSAL - Monday, April 27 Attire: Costume*, Performance hair (NEAT/slicked back bun please) w/ headpiece**, NO makeup necessary Notes: Upon arrival, look for class chaperones to check in. Help dancer put ballet shoes on and take dancer’s belongings with you. Please QUICKLY take your dancer to the nearby restroom IF necessary! ONLY staff, dancers, and chaperones will be allowed entry into Sanctuary during rehearsal - thank you for your cooperation!

RECITAL – Thursday, April 30 @ 7:00 - 8:15PM – doors open at 6:30 (no saving seats before) Attire: Costume*, Performance hair w/ headpiece & makeup**; NO nail polish; NO jewelry
CM – Ballet I: Meet in ATRIUM – look for chaperone with your class sign. NO carpool – park and enter. Arrive: 6:15 – dancer should be dressed and ready – please take young ones to the restroom before!
IIA M/W: Go directly to Warm up 6:00-6:30 in costume w/hair/makeup in Upstairs Studio, restroom break and then to Balcony with chaperone same location as dress rehearsal – seated by 6:45.
III: Go directly to Warm up 5:00-6:00 w/hair/makeup in Upstairs Studio, change into costume and then to Balcony with chaperone same location as dress rehearsal – seated by 6:45.
ALL: End: 8:15ish - pick up dancer in Atrium area where you dropped him/her off immediately after recital except CM & PreBallet classes pick up in Atrium side area with circle of chairs on left as exiting Atrium entrance. Please check in with the chaperone before taking your dancer!
