Fee Information
Tuition Details: Monthly Payments are due the FIRST week of each month (Sept-April). NO monthly or semi-annual payment notices are sent. An account is past due if not paid by the 10th of the month unless the office has been notified of a payment coming late. After the 10th, a $10 late fee is due in addition to the regular payment. Tuition is based on annual amount divided evenly between 8 months September - April (including December).
Families with more than one dancer receive a 10% discount on the younger siblings’ tuition. However, this does not apply to recital fees or annual discounted payments above. Families with more than two dancers OR on scholarship should contact the ballet office for tuition information.
Tuition is non-refundable regardless of class attendance.
Forms of Payment: We accept cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be written to Perimeter Ballet and mailed, dropped in the deposit wall slot outside the Ballet Office (next to upstairs ballet studio), or left with the Atrium receptionist during weekday hours. If you set up recurring check payments from your bank, please notify them that checks need to be received by the 10th of each month. To pay MONTHLY via credit card, visit perimeterballet.com and click on “Make a Payment” in the upper right corner of our homepage (in white area) or use this link https://perimeterballet.com/make_a_payment. Those with more than two dancers or on scholarship and those who wish to pay semi-annually or annually must pay via check or cash.
Recital Fees: Payable via cash, check, or online in the month of January 2026 (click “Make a Payment” in upper right corner of our homepage or use this link https://perimeterballet.com/make_a_payment). A late fee of $10 will be applied if received after January 31 unless arrangements have been made for a late payment.
Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are available based on need and approval of ballet administration. To inquire about a scholarship, email ballet@perimeter.org. Those on scholarship must pay fees via check or cash.
Withdrawals: A 30-day notice is required if a student wishes to withdraw and payment is required for that period. If a student withdraws after paying the recital fee, they will receive the costume ordered but not a recital fee refund.
Absences: If your child will be absent, please email the ballet office at ballet@perimeter.org. Excused missed classes may be made up within a month’s time in any class of the same level or a level below until March 1 when classes begin to work on recital dances.
Class Observation: After September, we encourage parents to come and observe a class. To observe a class, please email ballet@perimeter.org to schedule a visit. We ask that you do not bring young children who cannot sit quietly and watch class.
